The US singer, who is best known for hits such as 'Mandy', 'Can't Smile Without You' and 'Could It Be Magic', was due to play at the Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne on April 11 this year.
According to the Herald Sun, Manilow's spokesperson blamed "unforeseen circumstances" on the cancellation.
No new dates have been announced yet, but promoter Paul Dainty said that "future plans are presently under discussion".
