The girlband, which consisted of Alesha Dixon, Sabrina Washington and Su-Elise Nash, split in 2005 after their label Telstar Records went bankrupt.
However, the three singers are now eager to get back together to play a series of live shows, according to The Sun.
A source said: "All three have been approached and the signs are very good. They are not in touch regularly but have fond memories of Mis-Teeq. The tour will go ahead if their schedules allow it."
Last year, Dixon - who became a judge on Strictly Come Dancing following the group's break-up - revealed that she would be open to the idea of a one-off Mis-Teeq reunion.
