The pair were enlisted by DeGeneres for a joke segment on Wednesday's show to help her predict what GaGa's unreleased song 'Born This Way' will sound like.
"The lyrics have been released but no-one knows what the song sounds like," she explained to her audience. "I thought I should just take a shot at what it will sound like."
DeGeneres - wearing a GaGa-inspired hat contraption made from toys - began the segment with her own piano-based interpretation of the track before asking Blunt to join her on stage.
However, she appeared unconvinced by his guitar-based rendition, pointing out that it sounded very like his hit track 'You're Beautiful', and decided instead to enlist of help of Bieber. The teenager kicked off his performance with a drum-based, rock interpretation before taking to his keyboard for a more melodic version.
GaGa will perform the real track during this weekend's Grammy Awards, which airs on February 13 from 8/7c on CBS.
