The finances of Robin Campbell, Brian Travers, Terence Wilson, Norman Hassan and James Brown are being scrutinised as part of an investigation into their record label Dep International.
The News of the World reports that proceedings are set to begin at Birmingham High Court on Monday.
Robin's brother, former lead singer Ali Campbell, claimed that he would "never again" play with his 'Red Red Wine' bandmates following his exit from the group in January 2008.
