The Queen star and Wicked singer will play 12 dates across the UK in May this year, performing a number of rock-infused songs from the musicals Wicked, We Will Rock You and Chess.
"Kerry Ellis is now acknowledged as a phenomenon, equally at home in musical theatre and rock," Brian May said in a press release.
"I was convinced from the moment we worked together on We Will Rock You nine years ago that she was destined to be a worldwide star. The challenge was to develop songs and arrangements to allow that amazing voice to reach its true potential."
The jaunt kicks off in Liverpool's Philharmonic Hall on May 3, and wraps up in Bath on May 21.
The pair release their new single, a rendition of Wicked's 'Defying Gravity', on March 20.
Tickets, priced between £37.50 and £42.50, go on sale from Friday February 18 at 9am.
