The 'We R Who We R' star, who recently released her Cannibal LP, states that "no mythological creatures were harmed in the making of this video".
Acting as a secret agent and surrounded by unicorns dressed in tuxedos and dresses, she is seen having a dance-off with Dawson's Creek star James Van Der Beek.
Towards the end of the video, Ke$ha and Van Der Beek are seen having a shoot-out with space-age guns that produce kisses and rainbows.
It was recently reported that Ke$ha is to release a dance remix album.
'Blow' came out on February 8 in the US and is set to be released in the UK later this year.
