The singer, who spent two weeks at number one with 'S&M' earlier this month, pushes last week's leader, Lady GaGa's 'Born This Way', to second place.
Meanwhile, Diddy-Dirty Money's 'Coming Home' vaults from 13 to four, and Jennifer Lopez's 'On The Floor' debuts at number ten.
Further down the chart, Lupe Fiasco's 'The Show Goes On' leaps from 30 to 19, and Ke$ha's 'Blow' advances from 24 to 20.
Ian Carey, Snoop Dogg and Bobby Anthony's 'Last Night' shifts from 47 to 36, and Bruno Mars's 'The Lazy Song' lands at 44.
