Singer Tom Fletcher confirmed that the March 12, March 14 and March 16 gigs in Nottingham, Belfast and Dublin will now be added onto the end of dates in April.
Fletcher tweeted a statement, which read: "Due to illnesses in the band McFly have had to move the first three dates of their forthcoming arena tour to the end. They apologise for any inconvenience and hope their fans are understanding of the situation."
He continued: "Sorry guys! They are NOT cancelled, just moved! Details on how to exchange/refund tickets will be released early next week. Just to be clear, that only effects the Nottingham, Belfast and Dublin shows. Thanks for being so understanding! (sic)
"I'm quarantining myself from the sickies so I don't catch their germs. Yuck! Tour is still gonna kick ass!!!!"
The 'That's The Truth' group will now begin their tour in Sheffield on March 18.
