The Brit Award winner will headline the Big Top stage at the annual event, which is curated by BBC Radio 1's Rob Da Bank, on Saturday, July 30.
Da Bank said: "Laura Marling has been a Bestival and Camp Bestival favourite from the start of her amazingly fruitful career.
"We absolutely can't say enough good things about her songwriting and incredible live shows, so I'm chuffed she's coming back to Camp Bestival for a rare festival show headlining the Big Top."
Marling joins previously-confirmed acts including Blondie, Mark Ronson and the Business International, Claire Maguire and ABC at the four-day event.
Camp Bestival takes place at Lulworth Castle in Dorset between July 28 and July 31. Tickets are available now.
