Set to play the opening day of the festival, they are among a number of acts freshly announced for the music event, with The Streets and Katy B also booked to perform.
The festival, which is held in London's Hyde Park, is set to run from July 1-3. Black Eyed Peas were recently confirmed to headline.
It was earlier reported that David Guetta has worked with 50 Cent on new material after pictures of the two in the studio were posted on Twitter.
