The New York rapper recently released her Black Friday mixtape, a collection of songs aimed at her rival Minaj.
Speaking of her new material, Kim said to MTV: "I think that in order to remain relevant, you have to be able to reinvent yourself.
"I don't believe in a cap on people's time limit. [Nicki Minaj] tried to put a cap on my career. You're not God, and trust me, I'm here to do way bigger things."
The mixtape was due to be released on Valentine's Day, but fans who purchased a copy have yet to receive them, though Lil' Kim announced through an online live stream on March 3 that copies of the record have now been sent out, with each personally signed.
Lil' Kim recently revealed that she would love to work with Rihanna, but feels she can't due to the Barbadian singer's collaborations with Minaj.
