The event, which is to take place in Daresbury from August 27 to August 28, has also announced Example, Calvin Harris and Eric Prydz amongst its lineup.
The Chemical Brothers have further been confirmed for this year's Glastonbury and Rockness festivals, while both they and Guetta are to play Wireless in July.
Guetta has been working on new material in recent months, having announced a collaboration with 50 Cent via Twitter.
