The Mirror reports that the singers will appear at the Butterfly Benefit for national charity Caudwell Children, which will take place at Banqueting House in London on May 12.
Williams, who is an official ambassador for the organisation, said: "I have known and admired John Caudwell for a long time, he's a top man. I hugely respect his enthusiasm and commitment to the charity Caudwell Children."
Trudi Beswick, chief executive at the charity, added: "We are honoured to have Robbie as an ambassador for the charity and delighted that we have this opportunity for him to perform for us alongside Gary Barlow and Robin Gibb.
"Of course it is going to be a great night of entertainment but the real reason we are all there is to raise much-needed funds to help some of the UK's most at-risk children."
Around 250 invited guests will attend the show, which takes place ahead of Take That's 'Progress Tour' - the first since Williams rejoined the group in 2010.
