The concert is set to be part of a huge festival lineup, with the band hinting that they will be performing new material.
"It'll be a big gig for us as it will be the first time we will be playing with this lineup of the band - and also playing new material," band member Johnny Borrell said on the group's website.
"I think we're all pretty excited about that and it should be good."
Explaining what's in store for the group, new drummer David Sullivan Kaplan added: "We've been in the studio working on new stuff for a while. It's going to be an exciting new sound for the band. It's definitely Razorlight and it's just a new era for the group."
No date or venue has yet been confirmed for the show, but fans can register on the band's website for further information and a chance to win tickets.
