The event will take place at Henham Park, Southwold from July 14 to July 17, and will contain its usual mixture of music and arts performances.
Other acts confirmed for the lineup include KT Tunstall, Bright Eyes, Paloma Faith, Foals, Hurts and Rumer.
Elsewhere, comedians Rob Brydon, Steve Coogan, Dave Gorman and Omid Djalili will be appearing at the event, as well as literary figures such as Simon Armitage, Mark Billingham and Louis de Bernières.
A fourth headline act, who will perform on the final day at noon, has yet to be confirmed.
