Diana Vickers performs acoustic set online

Diana Vickers has posted a video featuring two acoustic performances via her website.

Posting the set as part of her 'Wicked Wednesday' routine, she revealed that she is currently in Los Angeles recording the followup to her debut number one album Songs from the Tainted Cherry Tree.

"I can't play any of my new album for you because it's top secret and I don't want to ruin the whole surprise", she explained in the video.

"I'm going to sing, just for reminiscent sake, 'More Than This', [which is] a little acoustic number."

Upon completing the performance she added: "It's been so long since I've listened to songs from my first album because I've been in [second] album mode lately. I'm writing new material and [working on] a new sound."

The star then went on to perform an acoustic version of her track 'Put It Back Together Again'.

It was recently reported that Vickers is working with Starsailor frontman James Walsh on her new album.
