Ne*Yo fends off Embrace in singles chart

Ne*Yo's So Sick rose from number eighteen to the top of the UK singles chart last weekend.

Meanwhile, the highest new entry was Nature's Law by Embrace in second place, followed by the previous week's number one, Orson's No Tomorrow. New entry Stupid Girls by Pink and Corrine Bailey Rae's Put Your Records On rounded out the top five.

The week saw the end of Chico's time in the top five, with It's Chico Time falling from second to eighth.

Journey South topped the album charts with their self-titled album, closely followed by fellow X Factor runner-up Andy Abraham,

Andy and Journey South's achievement knocks Corinne Bailey Rae down to third place, with new Prince album 3121 only managing tenth place.
