Rumer: "I'm low maintenance"

The 'Aretha' singer-songwriter told The Guardian that she effectively acted as an A&R agent for herself when she got signed.
Rumer said: "The good thing is that I'm low-maintenance. I A&Red myself. And every album I make will work out of the box."
However, she admitted to demanding control over her output, which included insisting that the vinyl version of her debut album Seasons Of My Soul had a different sleeve to the CD.
"My label think I'm a nightmare, because I'm constantly on their case about things like that," Rumer added.
Asked if she felt like her 'Best British Female Singer' nod at the Brits was a watershed, she said: "There's no feeling of arrival. It's just nice to be recognised for doing something well."
Rumer was recently confirmed to play at Latitude and the iTunes Festival this summer.
