TMZ has published details of a non-disclosure agreement that dancers were required to sign before working on the 'Till The World Ends' singer's latest music video.
The contract is believed to have been drawn up in order to prevent the troubled popstar from slipping back into her old ways as she continues her comeback.
The agreement specifically states: "It is essential that Artist (Spears) not be exposed to any alcohol, drugs or controlled substances ("Prohibited Substances").
"Accordingly, Contractor agrees to refrain from the distribution, dispensation, solicitation, possession, sale, transfer or use of any Prohibited Substance (collectively, the "Prohibited Activities")."
By signing the contract, performers agree to be subjected to random drug tests "with or without prior notice", for which they can be immediately axed for failing or abstaining.
Dancers may also be fired for releasing unauthorised photos or recordings of Spears.
The 'Hold It Against Me' star is due to embark upon her 'Femme Fatale' tour this summer. The show will be preceded by the release of an album of the same name on March 29.
Spears has allegedly struggled with substance abuse in previous years, and was herself forced to take random drug and alcohol tests during her custody battle with ex-partner Kevin Federline in 2007.
