They are joined by Paul Weller, Graham Coxon, The Coral and Richard Ashcroft.
The show takes place on April 3 at London's O2 Academy Brixton.
"Beady Eye - who still have fond memories of their concert in Sendai with Oasis in 2002 - are delighted their idea for a benefit gig has come together so quickly and with such fantastic support," a message on the band's website read.
During a show in Paris last week, the group's frontman Liam Gallagher dedicated song 'Kill For A Dream' to the victims of the natural disaster in Japan.
Tickets go on sale this Friday, March 25 at 9am and all proceeds will be donated to the British Red Cross Japan Tsunami Appeal.
In the US, Lou Reed, Yoko Ono, Sean Lennon, Philip Glass and Sonic Youth have been confirmed for Japan Society benefit gigs in New York organised by John Zorn.
