The digital hardcore group reformed last year for what was billed as a "final show" at Camden's Electric Ballroom but will now play the HMV Forum on May 12.
Support comes from Kap Bambino and a DJ set from The Big Pink, with further special guests to be announced.
"Atari Teenage Riot has put together a massive night in London," a statement on the band's website read. "It is the premier show for ATR's fourth album release and obviously it will sell out fast. 2011 - The riot is on!"
The band release new single 'Blood In My Eyes' on April 4 through Digital Hardcore Recordings. It precedes upcoming album Is This Hyperreal?, the follow-up to 1999's 60 Second Wipe Out.
Alec Empire, Hanin Elias and MC Carl Crack founded Atari Teenage Riot in 1992. Nic Endo joined in 1997. The band split in 2000 and Crack died of an overdose in 2001. The current lineup features Empire, Endo and CX KiDTRONiK.
The group also play the Bangface Weekender from May 13 to May 15 at Pontins, Camber Sands. Other acts confirmed for the festival include Leftfield, Ceephax Acid Crew, Bez, Jeff Mills, Adamski, Saint Acid, Bong-Ra, Luke Vibert and others.
