The 'Price Tag' star, who was in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Whistle Down The Wind as a child, confessed that she is a big fan of musical stage shows and wants to incorporate her own songs into one.
"I'm already in talks to write a musical," she told the News of the World. "It's important to dream big - you've got to try it to see if it can happen. That's what I love about this industry: that it's possible to take an idea and see if it can come true.
"I want to take what my album's done and take that spirit on stage, the spirit of my songs. It's about teaming my love of music with my love of musical theatre.
"I think some people assume I did Whistle Down The Wind when I was a kid as a way to get into showbiz. But I really love musicals, it was a total honour to be in the show. So to do my own, that'd be amazing."
The singer recently announced that she is already working on her second album.
