The track, which features rapper Pitbull, clocks up a second week at the chart summit, while Jessie J's 'Price Tag' remains in second place.
Elsewhere in the top ten, Snoop Dogg and David Guetta's 'Sweat' advances from nine to three, and Chris Brown's 'Beautiful People' jumps from 14 to ten.
Further down the chart, Dr Dre, Eminem and Skylar Grey's 'I Need A Doctor' vaults from 23 to 13, while Jessica Mauboy and Jay Sean's 'What Happened To Us' leaps from 30 to 14.
Glee's 'Loser Like Me' lands at number 15, and Lionel Richie and Guy Sebastian's 'All Night Long (2011 Mix)' enters at 26.
