The band picked up four trophies including 'Group Of The Year' at Canada's annual music ceremony, which took place at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto on Sunday.
Group member Richard Reed Parry told the audience that the band were "truly overwhelmed" by the honors, which included 'Album Of The Year' for The Suburbs, 'Songwriter Of The Year' and 'Alternative Album'.
Other winners at the ceremony included Justin Bieber, who took home 'Best Pop Album' for My World 2.0 and the 'Fan Choice' prize. He was unable to attend the awards show because he is currently on tour in Europe, but sent a video message thanking fans.
Neil Young took home 'Artist Of The Year' and 'Adult Alternative Album' for Le Noise, as well as a trophy for his humanitarian work. He told the audience: "It's just totally incomprehensible that I'm here, but it's a great honour, I really appreciate it."
Other highlights of the ceremony included Shania Twain being inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame by Bryan Adams.
The 40th annual event was hosted by rapper Drake, who went home empty-handed despite being nominated in six categories.
