The 'Watercolour' duo are to play the main stage at the electronic music event, which takes place on July 29 and July 30.
"Global Gathering is pretty much the centre point of the dance music calendar and we're ready to bring it when we headline there this summer," the drum and bass act commented.
Tinie Tempah has also been announced as a headline act following his appearance at last year's event.
Chase & Status will play the Metropolis Arena, while Underworld and Eric Prydz are due to perform in the Global Arena at the festival, which is to take place at Long Marston Airfield in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Tickets for the festival are on sale now.
Pendulum were recently confirmed to headline this year's Bestival event on the Isle of Wight.
