The benefit gig was held on Sunday (April 3) at Brixton's O2 Academy and was organised by Liam Gallagher and Weller.
The concert also featured appearances from The Coral, Richard Ashcroft and Graham Coxon.
"Thanks for coming tonight and helping our brothers and sisters in Japan," Weller told the crowd, reports NME.
He was then joined on stage by surprise guest Kelly Jones from Stereophonics for a duet of the Beatles classic 'Come Together'.
Beady Eye headlined the show with a performance of 'Kill For A Dream', which Gallagher dedicated to "all the people in Japan".
A planned UK "supergig" for Japan was recently cancelled due to a lack of artist availability.
