Lopez's comeback track, which features rapper Pitbull, spends a third week at the chart summit, holding off competition from Snoop Dogg and David Guetta's 'Sweat', which advances from three to two this week.
Elsewhere in the top ten, Black Eyed Peas jump from eight to five with 'Just Can't Get Enough', and Chris Brown's 'Beautiful People' climbs from ten to nine.
Further down the chart, LMAO and Lauren Bennett's 'Party Rock Anthem' vaults from 23 to 12, Britney Spears's 'Till The World Ends' leaps from 21 to 17, and Flo Rida and Akon's 'Who Dat Girl' lands at 29.
Justin Bieber's 'Never Say Never' re-enters at 36, and Adele's 'Rolling In The Deep' debuts at 40.
