The acts join the likes of Ian Brown, Mylo, the Prodigy and Art Brut at the event which will take place over the Bank Holiday weekend of August 5-6 at Belvedere House, Mullingar, Westmeath.
Razorlight will also be headlining the second stage at this year's V Festival.
Tickets for Hi-Fi Ireland go on sale at 08:00 on April 21.
