The singer, whose Pitbull-assisted comeback track marks her first single release in four years, currently leads the official midweek tally, while LMFAO's 'Party Rock Anthem' climbs from three to two.
Katy Perry and Kanye West's 'E.T.' advances seven places to number five, and Mann and 50 Cent's 'Buzzin'' jumps from 11 to seven.
Further down the chart, Snoop Dogg and David Guetta's 'Sweat' shifts from 16 to 13, and Chris Brown's 'Beautiful People' lands at 32.
Nicki Minaj's 'Girls Fall Like Dominoes' debuts at 39, while Jodie Connor's 'Bring It' enters at 40.
On the albums chart, Adele looks certain to score an eleventh week at number one with 21, while Katy B enters close behind in second with On A Mission.
Jessie J's Who You Are climbs from nine to six, and Glasvegas land at seven with Euphoric Heartbreak.
The official chart is announced every Sunday between 4pm and 7pm.
