Bowling for Soup announce new album

Bowling for Soup have announced that they are to release their new album Fishin' For Woos on April 25.

The 'Girl All the Bad Guys Want' band recorded the LP in their hometown Dallas, Texas and are to release the record independently.

"If we want to make a Christmas album or remix album, or sing in a Disney project, we can. We don't need to get anyone's permission," explained frontman Jaret Reddick regarding the band's release from a major record label.

Bowling for Soup are currently performing a string of UK dates, with the last being at London's Koko on April 15.
