The singer will join The Hidden Cameras, Math and Physics Club and Jeffrey Lewis as the fourth headliner for the three-day event.
The festival will take place in the grounds of a 1950s steam railway in Derbyshire from July 29 to July 31.
More than 40 acts will play at the event on four different stages. Other acts include Jonny, Ringo Deathstarr and The Bumblebees.
Collins made his full comeback last year after suffering a stroke in 2005.
