The Independent Label Market is due to take place on Berwick Street on May 21. Representatives from each of the labels will be present selling records and merchandise directly to fans.
Westminster Council is said to be happy with the event as it helps promote local trading within the community.
The labels have also suggested that appearances from the artists themselves could be a possibilty, reports Music Week.
Companies expected to participate include Domino (Arctic Monkeys, The Kills), Rough Trade (The Strokes) and Bella Union (Fleet Foxes) amongst many others.
Record labels have faced increasing pressure concerning the decline of physical sales since the introduction of digital music stores, with Mercury recently announcing the abolishment of CD singles.
