Beyoncé has re-recorded her song 'Get Me Bodied' for a campaign attempting to prevent childhood obesity.

The singer, who is due to release her new album in June, has altered the lyrics to the track in order to promote a healthy lifestyle among youngsters in America.

Originally recorded for her 2006 album B-Day, the song has been renamed 'Move Your Body' for the Let's Move initiative - backed by first lady Michelle Obama.

WENN reports that the new lyrics include the line: "Don't just stand there on the wall, everybody just move your body, move your body, move your body."

The 'Halo' star, who is no longer being managed by her father Mathew Knowles, will record a new music video to accompany the track, featuring fun exercise routines.

Beyoncé will headline Glastonbury Festival in June.
