The singer-songwriter will perform at London's Hyde Park on Sunday, June 26 with his current touring band, The Good, The Mad and The Lovely Posse.
Ant said: "I can't wait to get out on the road again, and to play in Hyde Park is a real honour for me. I have a great band, and I have the songs and I'm ready to rock 'n' roll."
Other acts added to the bill include Rumer, Train, Lighthouse Family, Mike + The Mechanics, ex-Starsailor frontman James Walsh and Barenaked Ladies.
They join previously-announced acts Stevie Nicks and headliner Rod Stewart.
Ryan Bingham and Everline have been added to the Hard Rock Calling lineup on Saturday June 25, which is headlined by Bon Jovi.
