Arctic Monkeys' Matt Helders has revealed that the band are likely to embark on a UK tour in November.

Speaking to Zane Lowe on Radio 1, Helders also declared that the 'Brianstorm' group would try to organise a few warm-up shows beforehand.

Helders said that they would "try and get a few sneaky ones in", but added: "I don't think it's been nailed on."

The band will release new album Suck It And See on June 6, and have already said that it will be a more "poppy" sound than their last release, Humbug.

They are also scheduled to play several summer festivals and a homecoming gig in Sheffield before the next tour begins.

Arctic Monkeys' lead singer Alex Turner recently apologised to Gary Barlow, after previously calling Take That a "load of b*llocks".
