The three-day event, which is held in London's Hyde Park, is due to take place between June 24 and June 26.
The Killers have been booked to headline Friday June 24, with Rod Stewart and Bon Jovi already confirmed as headline acts for the remaining two dates.
The Killers' drummer Ronnie Vannucci said: "It's been too long, friends... Feels like forever since we've seen each other and now it's time we pay a visit.
"Have to get the machine oiled and ready to make this kinda thing happen more often. Feeling creative, let's do this."
The Killers previously headlined the event back in 2009.
Tickets are available to Hard Rock Calling subscribers from April 20 at 9am and go on general sale at the same time on April 20.
