It is the second week on top for the "shufflin" duo after fighting off tough competition from London-based MC Wretch 32, who enters the chart at number two with his second single 'Unorthodox'.
Former number one 'On The Floor' by Jennifer Lopez completes the top three, while another new entry from Tracy Chapman with 'Fast Car' and Snoop Dogg's hook-up with David Guetta in 'Sweat' settle at four and five respectively.
Lady GaGa's rush-released 'Judas' has climbed seven places up the chart to number seven, with Chris Brown's club-stomper 'Beautiful People' staying put at eight.
Adele's 'Someone Like You' finds itself falling out of the top 10 down to number 12, while Starboy Nathan is on course to gain his first top 20 hit with 'Diamonds' entering at 20.
Further down the chart, Bruno Mars is currently at number 30 with his third single 'The Lazy Song', closely followed by Dionne Bromfield's 'Yeah Right', which is up five places to 31.
Over on the album chart, Adele is on course to regain her number one position with 21. The Foo Fighters fall to two with Wasting Light, with Adele's debut album 19 following at number three.
The highest new entry is from Gorillaz who land at four with The Fall. Jamie Woon is the second highest entry at six with new album Mirrorwriting.
Chipmunk has yet to crack the top ten with his sophomore effort Transitions, which currently sits at number 11, while the Guillemots' new album Walk The River enters at number 17.
