Talking to MTV News, the former Pussycat Dolls singer revealed that she called on several big name producers to help bring a bigger sound to the record and lend something extra to its "dance anthems".
"Well, I did a lot of the album with my producer RedOne and then I did sprinkles, other colours of the album with producers like Jim Jonsin and The-Dream and Tricky Stewart and Ne-Yo and I'm fortunate enough to have my boy 50 [Cent] and Snoop on the album," she explained.
"So it's definitely got empowering, strong dance anthems and then I got an urban twist in there and some really good uplifting songs as well."
50 Cent was recently confirmed to appear on Scherzinger's new single 'Right There', which will be used to help launch her career in the US.
She recently confessed that she is no longer in contact with her former Pussycat Dolls bandmates.
