The Brit Award-winning rapper is gearing up to release 'Till I'm Gone' in the States, following the success of his first US single 'Written In The Stars', which has so far peaked at number 14 on the Hot 100 singles chart.
Speaking of the collaboration, Tempah told the Daily Star: "I feel like we're in the same kind of situation but in reverse.
"He's really huge in the US and I have a lot of presence in the Europe and UK, so if there was ever a time to collaborate now would be the time."
Khalifa topped the US chart with his single 'Black and Yellow' back in February, as well as reaching number five in the UK with the track in March.
Tempah has been touring the US for the last month, with Clint Eastwood revealing that he is a fan of the London-born rapper after catching his performance at California's Coachella music festival earlier this month.
