The group will represent the UK at the contest next month with their new single - the first since the foursome split in 2005.
However, The Mirror claims that Webbe has been annoyed by the track's poor airplay.
"We're trying to do this for our country and our country isn't backing us," he is quoted as saying.
A BBC spokesperson insisted that 'I Can' could still make it onto playlists: "Radio 2 premiered Blue's Eurovision song on the Graham Norton show and has played the song across the schedule where editorially appropriate.
"It is not currently on the playlist but it may be considered, on merit, in due course."
Blue recently criticised Phillip Schofield for publicly rubbishing the song, with Duncan James telling Digital Spy that it had made the group more "determined" to do well at Eurovision.
