The 'Lazy Song' star will perform days ahead of his confirmed appearance at this year's V Festival.
The singer-songwriter will play London's Hammersmith Apollo on August 16 and 17 and Birmingham's O2 Academy on August 18.
Mars will also perform at this summer's T in the Park, Wireless Festival and this month's Radio 1 Big Weekend.
The 25-year-old recently topped the songwriters list for single sales in the first quarter of 2011 as part of production trio The Smeezingtons, who have produced his hits 'Grenade' and 'Just The Way You Are', as well as Cee Lo Green's 'Forget You'.
