Talking to MTV News, the 'Black and Yellow' rapper revealed that while his audiences used to be full of "cool kids", he now notices listeners from all different walks of life in attendance at his shows.
"Before, it was all of the cool crowd or just the kids that were up on what was new. We kind of all dressed the same and looked the same and were into the same things," he explained.
"It kind of spread: a lot more females, a lot of different ages of people. There was a kid that I'm sure was 12 years old, singing every word pointing at me, so that in itself is really powerful."
Khalifa recently admitted that fans often give him weed as a gift, which he passes on to others.
He was recently confirmed to appear on Tinie Tempah's second US single 'Till I'm Gone'.
