The final performance will be part of the Freeze Festival, which takes place at Battersea Power Station between October 28-29.
The London-based duo will headline the event and are so far the only confirmed act.
The Streets released their fifth and final album Computer and Blues back in February.
Frontman Mike Skinner is currently writing the score for the new Inbetweeners movie, which is due out this summer.
They will also appear at a handful of UK festivals this summer, including Glastonbury, T In The Park and the Reading and Leeds Festivals.
Tickets for the Freeze Festival are on sale now.
