The charity event, which is to take place at Camden's Roundhouse on June 15, will celebrate the work of Keep a Child Alive, as well as act as a fundraiser to make money to help children and families affected by HIV/AIDS in Africa and India.
The event will also feature performances from Tinie Tempah and Paloma Faith.
"Each year, Keep a Child Alive gathers extraordinary guests on a night promised to be filled with surprises and special moments," explained Keys, who is the co-founder of Keep a Child Alive.
"I love the Black Ball! I'm proud to raise awareness and funds for this most important cause to help families in Africa and India affected by AIDS and HIV. This issue is undeniable - how can we ignore it? It's our responsibility as human beings to come together to save lives and care about each other."
The charity concert will follow Keys's one-off London performance at the Royal Albert Hall, where she will be celebrating the ten-year anniversary of her debut album Songs in A Minor, which is also due to be re-issued in a deluxe edition.
