The 'L.I.F.E.G.O.E.S.O.N.' band will perform with the Canadian group at the MEN Arena on August 31.
Arcade Fire are also due to headline a London show in Hyde Park on June 30. The band previously confirmed that Mumford and Sons, Beirut and The Vaccines would join them for the date as their special guests.
The indie-rock eight-piece recently confirmed that they would be performing at Edinburgh Castle, Scotland on September 1, following a summer of festival appearances which include Benicassim in Spain and Exit in Serbia.
Arcade Fire are to release a deluxe version of their album The Suburbs later this year.
