The Wish You Were Here band will also include a number of previously unheard recordings in the reissues.
Remastered copies of all 14 of their previous albums, as well as multi-disc bundles containing unreleased material, live recordings and concert DVDs, will be released under a 'Why Pink Floyd...?' branding.
Material will be available across multiple formats including CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray discs, digital formats and portable device applications.
The group will also release a Best Of collection that will bring together the biggest hits of their career.
"We have worked together for more than a year on this programme which incorporates all the elements that have made Pink Floyd one of the most inspiring forces in modern music," explained EMI spokesperson Roger Faxon.
"Why Pink Floyd? Because their music is without equal and these exciting new releases will allow music fans to rediscover their incredible legacy and demonstrate that an appreciation for artistic quality never goes out of fashion."
Pink Floyd signed a new five-year deal with EMI in January.
The band's drummer Nick Mason recently refused to rule out a possible reunion in the future.
