The 'Till The World Ends' star held the gala at a private residence in Beverly Hills with proceeds made from the event to go to the St. Bernard Project, which helps victims made homeless after the hurricane stormed through Spears's home state of Louisiana.
A number of stars turned up to support Spears at 'An Evening of Southern Style', including Hilary Duff, Selena Gomez, Kelly Osbourne and Kim Kardashian.
The 29-year-old popstar served her "homemade sweet tea" to the celebrity attendees, while her father cooked up a traditional Southern menu for the guests.
Spears posted a picture of her dad on Twitter with the caption: "Daddy's cooking up a storm!"
Following the event, Spears also tweeted a thanks to the stars that turned up to support her, as well as revealing the night raised hundreds of thousands of dollars.
"Thank you everyone who came out to support my charity event last night with @StBernardProj. With your help we raised over 200k!"
The performer is currently rehearsing for her 26-date US summer tour, which will include a support slot from female emcee Nicki Minaj.
