The 'Judas' singer is due to release the promo track via iTunes at 1pm PST (9pm BST) today, ahead of her new album Born This Way becoming available on May 23.
Garibay, who has worked closely with GaGa on the new album, revealed that E Street Band member Clarence Clemons will feature on the track. Clemons was heard playing the saxophone on last week's promo release 'The Edge Of Glory'.
The producer said that he did not wish to go into too much detail about the song as he wanted to leave it up to GaGa to reveal its meaning.
He told MTV: "I'm gonna leave it up to her to talk about it 'cause, again, these songs are her songs. They're her vision and all I could do is help express her visions.
"'Hair' is a RedOne record and a Lady GaGa record, so they have a great chemistry and I try not to get in the way of that. And I would love it if they would express what the song is about and what it represents."
