The group, who are in their fourth incarnation, will unveil the new track - called 'Freedom' - during their headline slot at the Mawazine Festival in Morocco.
Posting on her official Twitter account, Jade Ewen wrote: "Just had some lunch... Now back to rehearsing! We're doing our new track FREEDOM today! Yay..."
The song trails their as-yet-untitled eighth studio album, on which they have worked with producer Pete Boxsta, who helmed their previous hits 'Freak Like Me' and 'Denial'.
Longest-standing member Heidi Range previously announced that the band are aiming for a summer release for the LP, adding: "It's nice that we've been able to take our time with this album and it's not a rush, so we're getting it right before we bring it out."
The Sugababes' last record Sweet 7 peaked at number 14 on the album chart last year.
