Rap star Pitbull has collected his first UK number one single as a lead artist with 'Give Me Everything', while Lady GaGa has dominated the rest of the chart with four songs in the top 20.

The 30-year-old climbed three places to bounce Bruno Mars and 'The Lazy Song' from pole position with his Ne-Yo, Afrojack and Nayer collaboration. He previously topped the charts in April as a featured vocalist on Jennifer Lopez track 'On The Floor', which is at ten this week.

Meanwhile, GaGa celebrates becoming the first female artist since Ruby Murray in 1955 to place four tracks in the upper half of the rankings, a feat also achieved by legendary artists Frankie Lane, John Lennon and Michael Jackson - the latter of which scored five top 20 hits after his death in 2009.

The highest placing of GaGa's entries this week is Born This Way promo single 'The Edge Of Glory', a non-mover at six, and 'Judas' follows just behind it after ascending from 11 to eight.

Her recently released teaser track 'Hair', a new entry at 13, is next up, as comeback single 'Born This Way' completes the collection by jumping eight places to 16 in its 15th week of release.

The record result has undoubtedly been fuelled by GaGa's spectacular set at Radio 1's Big Weekend in Carlisle on Sunday, as well as the hype over her imminent sophomore LP, which was streamed online this week ahead of its official release tomorrow.

Elsewhere, Swedish House Mafia score a new entry at 11 with 'Save The World', Dev scales four spots to 18 with 'Bass Down Low', while Katy Perry and Yasmin dip seven places together with 'E.T.' and 'Finish Line' to finish at 19 and 20 respectively.

Despite losing out to Jedward in last weekend's Eurovision Song Contest, reformed boyband Blue manage to beat the Irish twins in today's singles chart rematch. Their UK entry 'I Can' is up three places to 22, while Jedward's 'Lipstick' lands on the verge of the listings at 40.
